What is Roots And Wings Doll Studio’s Shipping Policy?
We at Roots And Wings Doll Studio strive to deliver products purchased from us in brand new and excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all products shipped within India, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery.
To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following while inputting your Shipping Address and Contact Number details:
- Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name, and Locality along with a Landmark.
- Enter correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
- Kindly make sure that the Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery-related queries.
- If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it, and inform us at 9152536720 (11 AM - 8 PM) or email us at rootsandwingsdolls@gmail.com.
Packaging of Shipment
We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing.
Non-Refund of Shipping Charges for returned Products
If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. You will need to self-ship your returns. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will reimburse you the price you paid for returned product (sans the shipping charges).
Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges will apply to every order you place on our website. Each order placed can be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

After logging on to our website, please tap on the ‘My Orders’ option under the ‘My Account’ menu on the website to check your order status.
How are orders placed on this Website delivered to me?
For all domestic orders (within India) that are placed on RootsAndWingsdolls.com, the orders are dispatched through one of our courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, XpressBees, Speed Post, etc.
For international orders (outside of India), depending on the location, we use India Post or one of our Courier partners such as Aramex or BlueDart.
Does Roots And Wings Doll Studio deliver Products outside of India?
Yes. Roots And Wings do deliver outside of India. However, you need to contact us via WhatsApp (+91-9152536720) or email (rootsandwingsdolls@gmail.com) or Phone (9823275616) to discuss the charges, pay the purchase price via the link provided and provide the shipping address and contact details. After receipt of payment, the product will be shipped via one of our international shipping partners.
*Note that applicable taxes (GST/VAT/Customs Duty) will be included in the charges.
Is there a ‘Cash on Delivery’ Option when placing an Order?
No, as we sell high-end products that cost more than Rs. 5000 per product, we are legally obligated to transact via digital payment modes only. Hence, no ‘Cash on Delivery option is available.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In the future, if we are offering such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
