We established this studio with the sole purpose of making premium Indian dolls accessible to discerning customers and patrons like you. We are a team of 4 passionate Doll Artists working full time/part-time contributing our brains, blood, and sweat to work towards the simple goal of bringing a smile to your face every time you open a delightful desi doll box from Roots And Wings Doll Studio. We named our studio “Roots And Wings” as we firmly believe that the two everlasting bequests that we can hope to give our children are roots and wings. Wings, to fly and realize their potential; and Roots, to give them a sense of belonging and where home is. We folks at the Roots & Wings Doll Studio recognize that there is a dearth of premium dolls that are truly desi avatars that reflect the essence of different regions and sub-cultures within India. With ever-increasing globalization, it can sometimes get challenging to appreciate and cherish deep cultural roots. To resolve this dilemma, we decided to come up with our delightfully desi dolls that represent different sub-cultures and regions of India. Each doll costume and jewelry has been painstakingly handcrafted by our expert doll artists and stylists to showcase the beauty, traditions, and heritage specific to the culture. What makes our dolls truly special are the high-quality gold-plated alloys used for the jewelry, authentic attire, meticulous attention to detail, and correct interpretation of culture-specific nuances. Our handcrafted Dolls are pieces of art rather than a run-of-the-mill reproduction.
