What is Roots And Wings Doll Studio’s Cancellation Policy?

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and may have no option but to cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be transferred back to your Card Account within 7 to 10 working days.

You can also cancel an order until it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. (You can check your order status using the ‘My Orders’ option under the ‘My Account’ menu on the website.) Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode originally used to pay for the now-canceled order.

 

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have dispatched it, by calling us immediately on 9152536720/9823275616.

 

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel any order you have placed with us if it hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, call us on 9152536720/ 9823275616 or write to us at rootsandwingsdolls@gmail.com with your Order Number.

 

I just requested to cancel my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

 

Returns Policy

What is the Return Window Period for Products Purchased from this website?

For all domestic orders (i.e., for products shipped within India), the Return Window for products purchased via this website is 72 hours from receipt of the order delivered to the customer. To return your product, you need to call customer support (9152536720) or email us (rootsandwingsdolls@gmail.com) within 72 hours of the delivery that you would like to return your products.  you can contact our customer care at on 9152536720(11 am to 9 pm) or email us at rootsandwingsdolls@gmail.com. You can also contact us through the ‘Contact us page (in the bottom menu). No returns will be accepted in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact.

For international orders (i.e., products shipped outside of India), no returns will be accepted. Utmost care will be taken in the packaging to ensure that customer receives it in pristine condition, thereby eliminating the need to return the product.

Return Policy for Domestic Orders (For Orders shipped within India)

We provide hassle-free returns on all our products. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

You will need to self-ship the product that you intend to return after informing us and confirming the intent to return. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

For all returns, the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you.
